Andrey Sapir, EA is the founder of Sapir EA (formerly known as A&Y Services Corp). Andrey is a seasoned tax and finance professional and has over 15 years of experience providing tax preparation services for individuals and corporate structured entities. Having worked in providing tax and consultation services in logistics, medical, real estate, and other industries, Andrey has a unique approach to tackling complicated tax returns and resolving compliance issues. Andrey also works with his clients on business and administrative issues, including business formation, appropriate tax elections, and operating businesses. He develops tax-planning strategies to guide his clients through the various phases of the business cycle.

Andrey is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agent (NAEA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the Pennsylvania Society of Enrolled Agents (PSEA).
